ABOUT Egg curry in a cart RECIPE

A quick and delicious boiled egg curry, served in a cart.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 boiled eggs
  2. 4 medium size onions cut slices
  3. 5 green chillies cut small picese
  4. 2 tsp cumin seeds
  5. 1 tbs black pepper powder
  6. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1 tsp cumin powder
  8. 2 tbs oil
  9. 1 tbs garlic mince
  10. 1 tsp lemon juice
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan ,add cumin seeds. Add slices onions , sauté 2 to 3 medium,add garlic mince sauté 5 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Add all spices,and lemon juice,boil eggs pieces.mix well ,cook more 2 Minutes. After turn off the flame.
  3. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and green chillies. Serve with bread or chapati.
