who says pumpkin is not good in taste, try my version of using pumpkin and you would totally love it.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl grated pumpkin
  2. half bowl paneer
  3. Sugar 2 bowl
  4. water 1 bowl
  5. illaychi powder [cardamom powder] 1tsp

Instructions

  1. clean and grate the pumpkin
  2. Boil the grated pumpkin in water. Once boiled, drain the excess water and squeeze them enough.
  3. make paneer at home too by boiling semi skimmed milk and adding lemon juice to it...
  4. now mash paneer and the grated boiled pumpkin well, to get a smooth texture...make small balls without any cracks.
  5. Boil them in water, once they are cooked, they will sink down to the bottom.
  6. Make the sugar syrup using sugar and water ...add rasgulla to the syrup and boil for 2 minutes. cool and chill them, serve.
