Soy chunk with cauliflower curry

Ingredients to make Soy chunk with cauliflower curry

  • cauliflower medium size * ( chopped) - 1
  • Soya chunks - 1 cup
  • turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • onion paste 2 tbsp
  • ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
  • cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • tomato puree - 2 tbsp
  • Milk - 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green coriander two spoon
  • oil one tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

How to make Soy chunk with cauliflower curry

  1. Soak the soy chunks in hot boiling water for 10 min so that they fluff up. Then drain them and squeeze the excess water. Keep aside.
  2. Now heat some oil in a non stick pan.
  3. Add the cumin seeds, once they crackle, add the onion paste and the ginger paste, saute until golden brown in colour.
  4. After 2-3min add turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder and one big spoon water ,stir and cook.
  5. Add soya chunks cauliflower pieces , mix them well. Add milk and tomato puree , cover with a lid and cook for few minutes.
  6. Once eveything is cooked enough, add garam masala powder and mix. Check for seasoning and serve.
  7. Garnish with green coriander and serve hot.

My Tip:

If you want use garlic . You add.
