ABOUT Green smoothie RECIPE

I love everything green in food. This smoothie is refreshing, healthy, fat free, low calorie and high fiber smoothie. Made mainly with wheat grass, it is extremely rich in protein.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 50 gm fresh Wheat Grass
  2. 1 baby Cucumber
  3. 50 gms fresh Spinach
  4. 1 tablespoon Mint leaves
  5. 1 teaspoon Honey

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a juicer.
  2. Chill if you want to have it cold but mix before consuming.
  3. Garnish with a mint leaf.
