ABOUT Bittergourd rings RECIPE

This rings are eaten specially with dal rice. Can also be eaten with tea. It tastes really nice.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 big size bitter gourd
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Red chilli powder to taste
  4. Oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Peel the bitter gourd.
  2. Squeeze out seeds inside it.
  3. Cut into thin rings
  4. Fry it in oil till brown in colour
  5. Take them out in a plate and sprinkle salt and red chilli powder
