Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Aubergine 1 big size
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  4. Tangier Spice 2 tablespoons
  5. Paneer 50 grams
  6. Zucchini 1 nos slices
  7. Red and yellow bell peppers 1/2 cup cut into strips
  8. Green olives 6 nos chopped
  9. Jalapeno 6 numbers chopped
  10. Green chilli chopped 1 teaspoon
  11. Carrot 1/2 cup grated
  12. Cheese 1/2 cup grated
  13. Barbeque sauce 1 tablespoon
  14. Tomato 2 numbers slices

Instructions

  1. Wash the Aubergine and cut them into 1 inch round slices. Add salt to taste ,turmeric powder and Tangier Spice and leave it for 5 minutes .
  2. Meantime pre-heat the oven 200℃
  3. In a greased baking sheet place the Aubergine then smear it in mayonnaise and barbeque sauce.
  4. Then arrange the zucchini slices on top , then sprinkle Tangier Spice , then arrange tomato slices on top , Now arrange chopped green chilies , Sprinkle grated Paneer and carrot , sliced olive , jalapenos and
  5. Bake it for 15 minutes .
  6. Remove it and cover the top with grated cheese and red yellow bell pepper strips then bake for further 10 minutes . Now it is ready to serve.
