Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For pumpkin marination,500 grm pumpkin hard
  2. 8-10 garlic cloves nicely chopped
  3. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  4. 1 tsp mix herb
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 2 tsp Lemon juice
  7. Few drops oil
  8. For coating,1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  9. 1/4 cup Corn starch
  10. 1 cup bread crums
  11. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  12. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  13. 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  14. Salt to taste and oil for fry

Instructions

  1. First peel the pumpkin and cut into slice,not too thin,now take all slice in a bowl add chilli flakes,mix herbs,chopped garlic and oil in it and keep this bowl in fridge atleast for an hour to chilled the pumpkin slice.
  2. After an hour take out this slice from fridge,now add salt and lemon juice in it and mix well.
  3. For coating,take corn starch in a bowl and add some all purpose flour,1/2 tsp red chilli powder,black pepper powder,salt and water in it and prepare a wet coating of it.
  4. Take remaining all purpose add left over chilli and pepper powder,salt and prepare dry coating.
  5. In third plate take bread crumbs add chilli flakes and mix.
  6. Now heat oil in pan take a slice of marinate pumpkin first dip in corn starch slurry,secondly coated with dry coating,again dip in wet coating and finally coat with bread crumbs and pour in hot oil.don't disturb till one side complete done.
  7. When one side done flip to cook other side,when done keep out in pepper towel to excess oil absorb.
  8. Prepare all like this.when all done serve hot with green chutney and ketchup.
