It is delicious dish which can be served as side platter when you have guest at your home. Stir fried bengan cheese chatka is a fusion dish in which you can get yumminess of cheese and goodness of all veggies.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Brinjal -2
  2. Cheese slices -2
  3. Chopped carrot-1
  4. Chopped capsicum -1/2
  5. Chopped cabbage -1/2
  6. Schezwan sauce 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Oregano leaves 1/4 teaspoon
  8. Red chilly powder 1/4 tea spoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil to stir fry

Instructions

  1. Wash the brinjals and finely chop all the veggies ( carrot,capsicum,cabbage)
  2. To make chatpata topping -
  3. Heat oil in a pan
  4. Add schezwan sauce in it.
  5. Add all finely chopped vegetables salt and red chilly powder.
  6. Add oregano leaves.
  7. Let it cook for 2 minutes
  8. Thinly Slice the brinjals vertically .
  9. Heat oil in a non stick dosa tawa and stir fry the brinjal slices both the sides.
  10. Now after fewer minutes place cheese slices on it.
  11. Now after a while put prepared chatpata topping over it and let it cook for 4-5minutes.
  12. Your dish is ready to serve topped with tomato ketchup.
