ABOUT Healthy Zucchini Patties RECIPE

Zucchini Patties are so healthy since no maida used. Its very simple to make.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Zucchini- 2
  2. Spring Syracuse - 2 tsp
  3. Salt
  4. Egg -1
  5. Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Chopped onion - 1 c
  7. Almond flour - 1/2 c

Instructions

  1. Chop the zucchini into very thin Sherds and add 1/2 tsp salt and mix well. Let it sit for atleast 10min to bring out excess water in it.
  2. Strain the zucchini in a muslin cloth remove all the excess water. It should look dry.
  3. Add chopped onions, egg, spring Syracuse and salt.
  4. Mix everything evenly.
  5. Mix chilli powder and pinch of salt with almond flour.
  6. Make balls and make it little flat, roll it with almond flour mix.
  7. Heat a pan with oil and shallow fry the Patties and it's ready to serve with ketchup.
