ABOUT Green Peas Cake RECIPE

This cake is an innovation in my kitchen. It is tasty and healthy for children who does not prefer to eat vegetables. It can be served as snacks. You can decorate the cake with any type of icing of your choice.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For the Cake. - 200 grams Peas paste
  2. 200 ml Fresh Cream
  3. 2/3 tin Condensed Milk
  4. 200 grams Whole Wheat Flour
  5. 1 tsp Baking powder
  6. 1 tsp Soda bicarbonate

Instructions

  1. For the Cake - Beat the cream, condensed milk and peas paste together.
  2. Add the flour, baking powder and soda bicarbonate and beat it.
  3. Grease a baking tin, pour the cake batter.
  4. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes or till the tooth pick comes out clean.
  5. Cool it completely before decorating.You can add any icing of your choice and decorate it.
