Its a fabulous homemade bhaji served with masala pav. It can be treated healthy as it contains many vegetables.
I will surely try this.
Heat oil in a hollow pan.
Add jeera. When they splutter ,add ginger garlic paste. Saute for a minute.
Now add capsicum, onion and tomatoes. After 5 minutes when tomatoes soften, add beetroot. Saute till tomatoes leave it's sweetness or oil losses out i.e 10 minutes.
In a plate ,add malai, all masalas and pour this mixture in the sauteed onions and tomatoes. Add little water and saute the mixture for about 2-3 minutes.( Can adjust the quantity of spices as per taste.)
Now add boiled potatoes and peas. Add water to make it little liquidy. Boil the mixture for about 5 minutes.
6. Add lime juice and coriander.
In a tawa, add butter and sprinkle some masala. Toast the pav on both the sides and serve with chopped onions and lemon slices.
