Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Flour 100 gms
  2. Icing sugar 55 gms
  3. Baking powder 60 gms
  4. Ammonium Bi Carbonate 1 gm
  5. Cardamon Powder 1 gms

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour along with baking powder.
  2. Cream fat till soft and smooth.
  3. Add cardamom essence to the creamed fat.
  4. Dissolve ammonium bi carbonate in a little quantity of water and add to the creamed mixture.
  5. Add icing sugar and mix uniformly.
  6. Add flour and knead to form a smooth dough.
  7. Make round balls of 15 to 20 grams and arrange them on a baking tray.
  8. Bake at 150 degree centigrade for 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight jar.
