ABOUT Mushroom Pepper Fry RECIPE

Simple yet delicious mushroom pepper fry, which can be a perfect side dish for all occasions.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 Packets Button Mushrooms
  2. 1 tbsp Freshly crushed black pepper
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
  5. 1 tbsp coriander powder
  6. 2 tbsp Malai ( top of the boiled milk)
  7. 2 tsp Ginger, Garlic paste
  8. 1 tsp Butter
  9. 1 tbsp veg oil (Olive Oil)
  10. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the mushrooms into slices. In a bowl mix lemon juice, salt, crushed pepper, ginger- garlic paste and veg oil ( use olive oil instead of veg oil)
  2. Add the mushroom, mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes. heat the butter in a pan add marinated mushroom and 1 tbsp water.
  3. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on medium hot heat. Now add malai and mix well, cook for 2 more minutes, switch off the gas.
  4. Serve hot with roti ,paratha ,rice ,tea ,coffee .
