Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For Filling:
  2. Carrot grated 1 cup
  3. Boiled peas 1/2 cup
  4. Garam masala 1 tsp
  5. Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
  6. Sugar 1 tsp
  7. Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
  8. Green chilli chopped 1 tsp
  9. Dry mango powder 1 tsp
  10. Cornflour 2 Tsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. oil for deep fry
  13. FOR COVERING:
  14. Boiled potato 500 gm
  15. Poha 1/2 cup
  16. Green chilli chopped 2
  17. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok
  2. Add carrot and saute for 3-4 min
  3. Now, add peas, garam masala, cinnamon powder, sugar, green chilli, dry mango powder, lemon juice, salt and saute for 3-4 min
  4. Now rest the mixture to cool
  5. Now, take a bowl add mashed potatoes, Poha, green chilli, salt and mix it well.
  6. Now make a small ball and fill the filling mixture in the centre of the ball and make small small ball.
  7. In another bowl add Cornflour and water mix it and make a slurry
  8. Dip each ball in a slurry
  9. At last deep fry the ball in hot oil and transfer to the plate
  10. Serve with green chutney
