Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Vermicelli 1/4 cup
  2. Sugar 1/4 cup
  3. Milk 3 cups
  4. Elaichi powder
  5. Kesar optional
  6. Ghee 3 tbsp
  7. Kishmish
  8. Cashew

Instructions

  1. HEAT THICK BOTTOMED PAN. ADD GHEE
  2. FRY CASHEWS AND KISHMISH. KEEP IT ASIDE
  3. ADD A TBSP OF GHEE. ADD 1/4 CUP SEMIYA
  4. FRY TILL IT COLOR CHANGES TO GOLDEN BROWN
  5. ADD 3 CUPS OF MILK
  6. ADD 1/4 CUP OF SUGAR
  7. ADD KESAR
  8. ADD FRIED CASHEW AND KISHMISH
  9. ADD ELAICHI POWDER
  10. ADD SPOONFUL OF GHEE. BOIL FOR 10 MINS ON LOW FLAME.STIR OCCASIONALLY
  11. SERVE CHILLED
