Ingredients to make chunky chicken

  • 2 chicken thigh pcs cut wid bones intact
  • 1tbsp vinegar
  • 4tbsp chinese salt
  • 4tbso pepper pdr
  • 1/2cup mint leaves chopped
  • 1 med sized onion chopped
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 1tsp chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato kechup
  • 1tsp soya
  • 2 cups bread crumbs for coating
  • Salt

How to make chunky chicken

  1. Bash the chicken fillets wid back of ur knoves to tenderise
  2. Add vinegar n normal salt n chinese salt....and rub the chicken pcs throughly
  3. Mix mint leaves,onion ,green chillies,add pepper,Chinese salt
  4. Make a batter using cornflour,plain flour,egg,all d sauces,pepper pdr, salt......mix throughly.....make sure d batter is not too runny or too thick
  5. After 1/2 hr of chicken in vinegar salt marinaton...dip the chicken in egg flour mixture
  6. Pop it over bread crumbs spread on a dry plate.....add the mint leaves n onion mix over the chicken.....press it as if it sticks to the chicken... Add a little more flour- egg mix over the chicken......n cover wholly with bread crumbs
  7. Let it rest for at least 2 hrs for a beautiful crisp coating
  8. Preheat oven 200oC......bake it for 30 mins or till d desired colour appears
