Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Bell peppers-3( yellow, green, red)
  2. Onion- cubes
  3. Mushroom-1 pack( remove stacks)
  4. Tandoori masala powder- 1 tsp
  5. Salt- to taste
  6. Food colour-1 pinch( optional)
  7. Turmeric powder- 1 pinch
  8. Chilli powder- little
  9. Curd-1 tbsp
  10. Ginger garlic pasye- 2 tsp
  11. Wooden bamboo sticks-6

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add all veggies, curd, salt, chilli powder, turmeric, tandoori masala powder , ginger garlic paste and mix well and marinate for 1 hour in refrigrator.
  2. Just before serving, switch on the grill or pan( stove method) and arrange veggies to skewers.
  3. Add oil and place the veggie sticks and cover with another pan( stove method) for 1 min and turn the sticks to other side.
  4. Brush with little butter to get an extraordinary taste .
  5. Just in 5 min , our mushroom tikkas are ready
