ABOUT Neer Dosa RECIPE

Neer dosa is one of the variety of dosa. Very easy to make and no need to fermentation. Neer dosa is very soft and so much tasty can be served with coconut chutney and sambar.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1cup soaked rice
  2. 2-3 tbsp fresh grated coconut
  3. 2tbsp oil
  4. Salt according to taste
  5. 1and 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. SOAK 1 CUP RICE FOR 2 HOURS
  2. ADD SOAKED RICE TO A MIXER JAR
  3. ADD 3 TBSP FRESHLY GRATED COCONUT
  4. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  5. ADD 1/4 CUP WATER
  6. GRIND TO MAKE A FINE PASTE
  7. ADD REQUIRED AMOUNT OF WATER
  8. WIPE GIRDLE WITH A WET KITCHEN CLOTH
  9. SPREAD 1 LADLE FULL OF BATTER
  10. APPLY SOME OIL
  11. COOK FOR 2 MINS ON MEDIUM HEAT
  12. FOLD INTO HALF
  13. SERVE HOT
