Mash boiled sweet potatoes. Add chopped ginger, chopped onion, chopped mint leaves, salt and red chili powder. Mix well.
Add the chopped green chili and mix. Stuff cheese in between and make tikkis from this mixture.
Spread the poha on a plate. Coat the tikkis in the refined flour batter and lightly roll in the poha.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry /deep fry tikkis on medium flame till golden brown. Garnish with sweet potato chips and coriander leaves.
Place the tikkis on the serving plate.
