French beans with garlic and sesame seeds

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. French beans 250 g
  2. Garlic minced 1 tbsp
  3. Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  4. Roasted peanuts 1 tbsp
  5. Sesame oil 1 tbsp
  6. Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  7. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Black Pepper to taste
  10. Cayenne pepper for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim both the ends of the beans.
  2. Steam cook the beans for 5 minutes.
  3. Run the beans under cold water to stop the cooking process and keep it to drain.
  4. Take a frying pan and add sesame oil.
  5. When the oil is hot enough add the minced garlic and fry until golden brown.
  6. Add the sesame seeds and roasted peanuts.
  7. When the sesame seeds start popping add the green beans.
  8. Stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes until everything is mixed well.
  9. Add a pinch of sugar.
  10. Add soy sauce and switch off the flame.
  11. Add salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper and give it a mix.
  12. Your green beans with garlic and sesame seeds is ready.
