Ragi & Whole Wheat Biscuits

Ingredients to make Ragi & Whole Wheat Biscuits

  • Ragi flour 1 cup
  • Whole Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Powdered sugar 1 cup
  • Frozen butter 1 cup
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Milk 1/4 cup (as required)
  • almond Grated 1/4 cup
  • almond 15-20
  • honey for garnish
  • cinnamon stick , powder for garnish

How to make Ragi & Whole Wheat Biscuits

  1. Take pan heat add ragi flour roast on medium flame till light colour turn off flame keep side for cool
  2. Now take whole wheat flour, frozen butter, baking powder, grated almond , cooled ragi flour mix well till mix butter properly
  3. Now add powdered sugar mix well add milk as required to make nice dough. Roll in 1/2 inch cut with cookie cutter place on 1 almond on biscuits
  4. Take oven tray arrange the biscuits properly Preheat oven at 180* and bake biscuits for 10 to 12 min
  5. Cool for 10 min dust on cinnamon powder sprinkle with honey Raggi & whole wheat biscuits ready to eat
