This is home made eggless cake ..taste very much like britannia cake.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup plain flour
  2. 1 cup fresh malai
  3. 1 cup milk
  4. 1 cup powdered suger
  5. 1 small spoon baking powder
  6. 1/2 small spoon baking soda
  7. 1/2 pinch orange food color
  8. 10 _12 drops vanilla essesnce
  9. 1/2 cup refined oil
  10. 1/2 cup tutty fruity

Instructions

  1. First seive maida, baking powder, baking soda together in a bowl.
  2. Take another bowl add malai and suger. Mix it properly.
  3. Add food color, vanilla essence, refined oil and mix .
  4. When properly mix slowly add maida in it. Keep mixing while adding maida.
  5. Now add whole maida and keep mixing. Add milk to make it smooth . Slowly slowly add milk and make a smooth batter.
  6. Now take a pressure cooker(big one 5 ltr) heat it .Add 2 cup of normal salt in it and place wire stand on it . Lid the cooker and slow the flame. Remove gasket and whistle from lid.
  7. Now in cake mould apply oil and coat wd maida . Sprinkle some Tutty fruity on the base of mould.
  8. Now pour the batter in the mould and sprinkle rest Tutty fruity.
  9. Tap the mould to release the xtra air.
  10. Now your pressure cooker is preheated . Put the mould in cooker and slow the flame and bake it for 40_45 minutes. cover with lid.When the tym completed open the lid do the knife test if it come out clean cake is done. Otherwise bake for another 10 minutes.
  11. Now open the lid take out the mould . Allow it to cool .When completely cool Njoy your yummy Tutty fruity cake.
