This is an Arabic food that I ate in a restaurant. I thought that even I could try making it at home, so here comes the recipe of this dish which I made on my own.

To make homemade mayonnaise:
2 Egg Whites
4 garlic cloves
2 tbsp maida
2 Tbsp Cornflour
1/2 lemon juice
7-8 pepper corns
salt as per taste
1 small cup of curd
Oil for thickness- nearly 1 medium sized bowl
Stuffing Ingredients:
Sliced cabbage- 1 bowl
2 Chopped Green chillies
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped onion
1 cucumber- finely chopped and deseeded
For the chicken:
Garam masala pwd 1 tsp, ginger-garlic paste -1 tsp, tandoori pwd- 1 tsp, 1/2 tsp coriander and mint leaves shredded and set aside
For the shavarma roti:
2 cups of maida, a pinch of salt, sugar 1 tsp, 1 tsp yeast, 3 tsp of milk, 2 tbsp of curd, a pinch of soda
For Serving:
Few slices of chopped carrot and green chillies, boiled in salt and vinegar water
Instructions
To make the mayonnaise, take a bowl, add in egg, 4 garlic cloves and salt as per taste. Then add 2:2 maida, cornflour, 1/2 lemon juice, pepper corns, curd and oil. Beat it well in a mixer and continue adding oil till it gets thick, then transfer it to a bowl.
Boil the chicken with garam masala pwd 1 tsp, ginger-garlic paste -1 tsp, tandoori pwd- 1 tsp, 1/2 tsp coriander and mint leaves. Set it aside.
Take a bowl, add the sliced cabbage, 2 chopped green chillies, 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped onion,1 chopped cucumber. Then add in the shredded chicken with 2 tbsp of mayonnaise, mix well and set it aside.
To make the shavarma roti, take a bowl, put in 2 cups of maida, salt a pinch, sugar -1 tsp, yeast 1 tsp diluted in milk, then add 2 tbsp of curd, a pinch of soda. Knead these ingredients together to make a dough and let it rest.
Make dough balls from this mixture and cook phulka rotis out of it. Next, take a roti, put in spoonfuls of the stuffing and roll it in a wrap with a tissue. Follow this process with the other rotis as well.
Serve it with boiled carrots and green chillies.
