Boiled french beans, Paneer, black current with Coconut and our Indian spices mixed and stuffed in potato cutlet and served with our favorite Tamerind chutney, green chutney and yogurt. Isn't it Mouthwatering friends ??

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. French beans 1/2 cup
  2. Amul malai paneer cubes 15 to 17 no.
  3. Coconut grated 2 tbsp
  4. Black current 1/4 Cup ( 50 grms)
  5. Garlic chopped fine 1 tbsp
  6. Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tbsp
  7. Mint leaves ( 15 to 20)
  8. Green chilli chopped fine 2 ( according to taste)
  9. Pepper powder 1 /2 tsp
  10. Salt 1/4 to 1/2 tsp
  11. For cover
  12. Potatoes 2 ( big) 150 to 200 grms.
  13. Corn flour 2 tbsp
  14. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  15. Sesame seeds roasted 1 tsp
  16. Oil 1 tbsp
  17. Oil for shallow frying 1/4 Cup
  18. For green chutney.
  19. Coriander leaves finely chopped 1/2 cup / bunch.
  20. Mint leaves chopped 1/4 Cup
  21. Green chilli crushed 1 tsp
  22. Salt to taste.
  23. For curd chutney
  24. Curd 200 grms
  25. Salt 1/2 tsp
  26. Sugar 2 tbsp
  27. Zeera powder 1 tsp
  28. Maggi Pichkoo ( Tamerind chutney) 1 /2 packet.
  29. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook Potatoes, cool, peel and mash. .
  2. Chop French beans fine.
  3. Pressure cook for 3 whistles.
  4. Keep Paneer cubes in hot water for 5 minutes. Take in a bowl.
  5. Wash mint leaves and chop fine.
  6. Soak black current in warm water for 5 minutes. Take out and chop fine.
  7. Take cooked French beans in a bowl. Add grated Paneer. Add chopped black current.
  8. Add grated Coconut., green chillies, garlic.
  9. Add chopped mint leaves and Coriander leaves.
  10. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.
  11. Your filling is ready.
  12. For cover.
  13. Take mashed potatoes. Add Corn flour, salt, and roasted Sesame seeds.
  14. Crush Zeera between your palms and add. Add oil. Knead a dough.
  15. Take a ball size dough, give. a bowl shape.
  16. Put a tsp of filling in it.
  17. Close from all sides carefully. Press softly between palms to give shape.
  18. Heat oil in a nonstick pan and shallow fry.
  19. Make green chutney by blending all ingredients mentioned.
  20. Make curd by adding all ingredients mentioned. Add 3 tbsp water too.
  21. Your French beans stuffed Potato tikki is ready
  22. So here is your plate ready to assemble.
  23. Take a tikki in a bowl. Add beaten curd.
  24. Now spread green chutney over it.
  25. Spread your Tamarind chutney now. Serve with garnish of coriander leaves.
