Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup boiled peas
  2. 1 cup mava
  3. 4 tbsp sugar
  4. 2 tbsp ghee
  5. cardmon powder
  6. Chopped Almonds
  7. Silver foil for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Take boiled peas and make paste
  2. Don't make fine paste little bite we need
  3. Grate mava
  4. Take a pan add ghee and peas paste
  5. Cook this paste on low flame
  6. Take another pan and roast grated mava
  7. On other side when peas cooked add mava
  8. Mix them and cook
  9. When cooked add sugar and Car donon powder
  10. Mix them and cook till sugar melt
  11. Off flame and transfer in greased tray
  12. Spread evenly
  13. Take silver foil and garnish burfi with foil
  14. Spread almonds and slightly press almonds
  15. Leave it for cool
  16. Keep in freeze for 2 hours and cut burfy
  17. Serve your guest and enjoy
