Ingredients to make Pakarkay pitlai

  • Dhur dall 2 table spoon
  • tamarind 1 small ball
  • salt
  • Sambar powder 1 table spoon
  • hing ,bitter gourd 2 small size
  • Daniya 1 tea spoon
  • Besan dall 1 tea spoon
  • red chilly 2
  • Greateg coconut ,2 table spoon
  • mustard little
  • Urd dall little
  • Kari leaves

How to make Pakarkay pitlai

  1. Dhur dall cooked nicely
  2. Daniya, Besan dall, chilly, coconut
  3. Oil fry the ingrefients
  4. Grind a fine powder
  5. Low flame in a kaday
  6. Tamerind add water & paste inside the kaday
  7. Add sambar powder& salt & Hong& pakarkay
  8. Fifteen minutes boild
  9. Add the grind powder
  10. 5 minutes boiled
  11. Add the cooking dall
  12. Mustard& urd dall fry coconut oil
  13. Add sambar
  14. Put curry leaves
  15. This is pakarkay pitlai
