Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dhur dal 2 table spoon
  2. Tamarind 1 small ball
  3. Salt
  4. Sambar powder 1 table spoon
  5. Hing ,bitter gourd 2 small size
  6. Dhaniya 1 tea spoon
  7. Besan dal 1 tea spoon
  8. Red chilly 2
  9. Grated coconut ,2 table spoon
  10. Mustard little
  11. Urd dal little
  12. Kari leaves

Instructions

  1. Cook Dhur dall nicely
  2. Add Daniya, Besan dall, chilly, coconut in a pan.
  3. Oil fry the ingrefients
  4. Grind to a fine powder
  5. Low flame in a kadai
  6. Add water in tamarind & paste inside the kadai
  7. Add sambar powder& salt & Hing
  8. Fifteen minutes boil.
  9. Add the grind powder
  10. 5 minutes boiled
  11. Add the cooked dall.
  12. Mustard & urad dall- fry coconut oil
  13. Add sambar
  14. Put curry leaves
  15. This is pakarkay pitlai
