Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. PIE DOUGH.....
  2. Maida...1 cup
  3. Butter...2 tsp
  4. Salt....1/2 tsp
  5. Water as required
  6. FILLING.....
  7. Boiled potato... 1 1/2 cup
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Red chilli powder... 1 tsp
  10. Garam masala....1 tsp
  11. Saunf powder....1 tsp
  12. Green chilli...1 tsp
  13. Oil....2 tsp
  14. Boile corn...3 tsp

Instructions

  1. Make tight dough by adding maida, salt, butter and water.
  2. For filling take pan. Add oil. Put potato, chilli powder, garam masala, saunf powder, salt , corn and chilli. Fry for 5 minutes. Let it cool down.
  3. Make ball of dough. Roll thin roti . Place it in pie mould. Remove extra part.
  4. Put filling in it. Fill completely.
  5. Roll another roti. Cut thin strips.
  6. Place these strips in cross manner.
  7. Preheat microwave for 110 minutes at 200 degree.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes or till golden colour.
  9. Samosa pie is ready to savour.
