Take a pan, add sugar and caramelised on medium flame. keep aside.In another Take a bowl and add rest of ingredients. Beat till it mixed properly.
Grease baking tin or any utensils using to bake flan.Preheat oven @350 f
First add the caramelised sugar to coat base of pan evenly then pour beaten mixture in the baking tin (bundt pan). Take bigger baking tin, pour hot water in larger pan till it cover half in which flan.
Cover flan baking tin with aluminium foil.Bake it for 60 min.
Let it cool down or keep in fridge for 24 hrs.
when serving put hot water in a bigger bowl and keep baked flan bowl in it so that caramel should be easily come out
Place a plate and invert bowl as we normally for cake, cut a piece of flan & serve with dollop of whipped cream
