Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Capsicum Bowls -3(Any type of Colour)
  2. Soaked Moong Daal -1 Cup
  3. Crumbled Paneer -1/2 Cup
  4. Chopped onion -1 medium
  5. Chopped green chilli -1-2
  6. Chopped coriander leaves
  7. Grated processed Cheese-1/4 cup
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Garam Masala -1/2 tsp
  10. Chilli flakes -1/4 tsp
  11. Turmeric Powder -1/2 tsp
  12. Raw mango powder -1/2 tsp
  13. Kashmiri red chilli powder -1/4 tsp
  14. Ginger Julienne -1-2 tbs
  15. Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
  16. Oil - 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Take 2-3 tbs of oil in a pan and add cumin, onion, green chillies and stir continue for 2 minutes... Now add Soaked Moong Daal and dry spices.....mix properly for 5 minutes
  2. Now add Crumbled Paneer and mix properly...then add ginger Julienne.....mix for 5 minutes on low flame.......Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes...Add Coriander leaves & take out and keep a side
  3. Now fill this mixture into the Capsicum Bowls.... spread Cheese and fry into remaining oil in a kadhai.... cover the cook the bowls until the cheese melt
  4. Garnish with ginger Julienne and Serve with chapaati
