Ingredients to make Mushroom in Beetroot and Spinach Soup

  • 2 beetroot (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach (finely chopped)
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 small piece of ginger (fine chopped)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 cup vegetable stock
  • 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, very finely chopped
  • 1 tsp corn flour + 1 tbsp water (make a batter)
  • 1 tsp Butter

How to make Mushroom in Beetroot and Spinach Soup

  1. Take pressure cooker and add water, beetroot ,spinach, tomato, ginger, salt , pepper and sugar. Now give 2 pressure on high flame.
  2. After 2-3 minutes take out this boil mixture in blender and churn.
  3. Sieve the mixture in a pan. Now put on a flame and add corn flour mixture. Stir continuously.
  4. After 1 boil remove from the cook top and now add mushroom.
  5. Serve in soup bowl and garnish with some cream.
