Mix veg cheesy porridge kebabs

Ingredients to make Mix veg cheesy porridge kebabs

  • 200 gms Porridge, soaked
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 5-6 cauliflower Flowerts
  • 2 carrots
  • 50 gms pumpkin chopped
  • 1 cup capsicum, chopped
  • 2 cubes Processed Cheese
  • 5-6 tsp Bertolli olive Oil
  • 1 packet Oats Peppy tomato
  • 2 tsp gram flour
  • 2 tsp Green chilli, chopped
  • 2 tsp coriander, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli Powder
  • salt to taste

How to make Mix veg cheesy porridge kebabs

  1. Wash and soak the porridge for 15-20 minutes. Take the cauliflower, carrot, pumpkin and chop roughly. Blanch them and lightly grind the vegetables.
  2. Squeeze out the excess water from the porridge. Ina a big bowl, add porridge, ground vegetables, chopped green chilli, coriander, oats, salt, red chilli powder and gram flour. Mix well.
  3. Make kebabs and fill the cheese cube pieces in them. On a pan drizzle some olive oil and saute the kebabs for 7-8 minutes, both sides on a low flame.
  4. Serve hot porridge cheesy kebabs with green chutney and decorate with grated cheese and coriander.
