Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 bowl besan
  2. 1bowl semolina
  3. salt as per taste
  4. red chilly 1tsp
  5. carrot beans chopped 1tbsp
  6. Lemon 1
  7. Grated beetroot 1tbsp
  8. spinach puree half tbsp
  9. curd half bowl
  10. Water as needed
  11. eno 1packet
  12. For Tadka
  13. curry leaves 15 to 20
  14. green chilly 4 to 5
  15. Sugar as per taste
  16. water 3 bowl...as ur need
  17. lemon 1tbsp
  18. coconut 1tbsp grated
  19. Musturd seeds 1tbsp
  20. oil 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. take a bowl..mix besan,semolina,salt,red chilly,lemon juice,curd ,oil and mix
  2. now add water make a semi thick batter,dibided batter in 3 parts
  3. in 1 part mix vrated beetroot,,in another one add spinach,,and rest other chopped veggies
  4. redt it for 5 minutes
  5. now take a big micosafe bowl ...fill 1/4 water...microwave for 2 minute
  6. now add eno in small small quantity in 3 batters...mix nd pour randomly in a greased micro bowl..
  7. mix randomly with a knife...put it in big bowl on a stand
  8. cook for 4 minutes...or till cook
  9. now make tadka...take a pan
  10. add oil...musturd seeds...curry leaves nd green chilly...sugar and water....mix till sugar dissolve...add lemon juice...off the flame
  11. cool dhokla...nd water
  12. pour tadka water on dhokla..soak for 5 minutes...nd enjoy
