Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1cup wheat flour
  2. 1 1/2 tea spoon yeast
  3. 1tea spoon sugar
  4. 1/2 cup warm water
  5. 2tea spoon milk powder
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. 1teaspoon butter
  8. 1/2 teaspoon italian herbs
  9. Some bassil leaves
  10. 1/2 yellow bell paper
  11. 1/2 red bell paper
  12. 1/2green bell paper
  13. 1cup onion rings
  14. 1tomato
  15. Some pieces black olive
  16. Some pieces of jalpinno
  17. 1/2 table spoon oregano
  18. 1/2 table spoon chilly flakes
  19. 2table spoon pizza sauce
  20. Mozrella cheese as per need

Instructions

  1. Take a cup put yeast sugar warm water mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes
  2. After 15 minutes your yeast is bloom
  3. The dough is ready cover it and keep it at warm place for 3hours for firmntation
  4. After 3hours the dough is in double in size punch it and again knead and stretch for 5 minutes
  5. Divide the dough into two equal parts make two balls. Now take one ball roll with a roller pin and make a pizza base mark with a fork and again keep it for 15 minutes at warm place
  6. Apply pizza sauce on the pizza base
  7. Arrange all vegetable
  8. Spread grated mozrella cheese and bake the pizza I will bake in preheated electric tandur for 5 minutes it will be perfectly cooked
  9. Ready
