ABOUT Syracuse spiced grilled chicken RECIPE

A simple quick starter to add spark to your dinner spread!! I have used Sprig Syracuse: an american blend of spices with punch of red chillies and dash of tomato and nutmeg. Chicken simply wrapped in this spice mix is just true quick fix and yet delicious treat. Quantity mentioned here is for one person, however can be multiplied for larger proportions.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Boneless chicken pieces 2/3
  2. Sprig syracuse mix 2 teaspoon
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  4. Salt to taste. (If required only)
  5. Bread crumbs 1 tablespoon
  6. Oil for grilling/ searing 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Clean and cut boneless chicken pieces in desired size. I have chosen of size 3x3 cm
  2. Marinate chicken with syracuse spice mix , ginger garlic paste. Add salt as per taste (as spiece mix already has salt, adjust accordingly)
  3. Let it rest for 15 minutes to get full flavour of spices
  4. Take breadcrumbs and add a pinch of spice mix in it to give flavour to outer coat too.
  5. Coat chicken pieces in breadcrumbs and cover from all sides.
  6. Put oil in grill pan and heat
  7. Grill chicken pieces from both sides till soft and cooked.
  8. Thats it..you are good to go for your amazing starter in minutes..
