आलू टिक्की जितनी फोकी और कुरकुरी होगी खाने का मजा भी उतना ही आता है।अगर कुछ बातो को ध्यान मे रखा जाये तो टिक्की अछि बन सकती है जैसे टिक्की बनाने के लिए अगर आधा घी और आधा तेल प्रयोग मे लाया जाये तो टिक्की ज्यादा कुरकुरी बनती है।और टिक्की के लिए आलू हलके ही उबलने चाहिए।मैश करने से पहले आलू बिलकुल ठन्डे होने चाहिए ।

  3. DAAL SHOULD SHOWN LIKE THIS.THAN ADD CHOPPED ONION GREEN CHILLI.GREEN CORIENDER CHAAT MASALA ROASTED JEERA POWDER RED CHILLI POWDER
  4. MASH ALL POTATO NICELY.
  5. ADD ARAROT POWDER
  6. MIX NICELY .DO NOT ADD SALT OR ANY SPICE IN IT .BECAUSE TIKKIES NOT MAKE CRISP IF WE ADD AND WOULD BE OILY.SO AVOID
  7. MAKE ALL THE TIKKIES WITH POTATOES MIXTURE LIKE THIS.
  8. NOW MAKE A DENT NI SENTAR OF TIKKI WITH HELP OF YOUR FINGER .AND FILL MASALA DAAL IN IT .WHICH WE READY BEFOR.
  9. CLOSE ALL SIDES AND MAKE ROUND BALLS

  13. HEAT 1 TAVA AND PUT ON IT 2 TSP PURE GHEE AND SAME QUANTITY OF RIFIEND OIL

  15. PUT 6-7 TIKKIES IN ONE BATCH
  16. KEEP THE FLAME LOW OR MIDIYAM AS U NEED .DO NOT ON HIGH
  17. CHANG THE SIDE WHEN TIKKIES DONE GOLDEN FROM ONE SIDE
  18. AFTER 2-3MINATS ...WITH HELP OF A FLATER (PALTA) PUSH THE TIKKIES AND DO FLAT
  19. KEEP FRYING LIKE THIS...TIL GOLDEN
