Spinach pan cake not like sweet and tea time cake because of its ingredients it is a complete and healthy meal for anybody and any time.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup of Spinach paste
  2. 1 1/2 cup Maida
  3. 1 tsp of baking powder
  4. 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  5. 1 tsp of lemon juice
  6. 2 tsp of caster sugar
  7. 1/2 cup buttermilk for moisture
  8. Salt to taste
  9. For garnish :
  10. For layering, prepare two types of cream:
  11. One with mayonnaise, mustard sauce and caster sugar
  12. Second with hung curd, garlic paste, caster sugar, some flex seeds and salt
  13. Corn flakes
  14. Olive oil
  15. Brown sugar
  16. Some chives
  17. Mozzarella cheese
  18. 3 egg

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add spinach paste and egg and mix well. Now add all the remaining ingredients step by step like you do to prepare a cake better.
  2. Now take a nonstick pan and make pan cake of the ready better.
  3. For making the cream for layering take 2 bowl, in one bowl add mayonnaise, mustard sauce and caster sugar and mix it well.
  4. In another bowl add hung curd, garlic paste, caster sugar flex seeds and salt. Every thing is as per one's taste and mix well.
  5. When the pancakes are ready and cool it's time to layer the cake. Take one pancake and spread the mayonnaise and curd cream over it and repeat with all the pancakes till done.
  6. When the layering is done, spread cheese, corn flakes, brown sugar, some chives and pour the olive oil over it.
  7. Now keep it in a preheated oven at 200 degree centigrade for 10 minutes or till the cheese melts. Now it is ready to serve.
