This salad is healthy and nutricious as well tasty.it is full of vegies ,fruits, nuts.potato are baked and have pesto sauce in it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 par boiled potato
  2. Salt
  3. Pesto paste
  4. 1/2 cup chop onion
  5. Pepper
  6. Red chilli powder
  7. 1 tsp oil
  8. 2 cubes cheese
  9. Lettuce leaves
  10. 2 tsp Genoa spice
  11. Cherry tomatoes
  12. Some scoops of watermelon
  13. Some scoops of pineapple
  14. Cashew nuts
  15. Walnuts
  16. 2 tbsp honey
  17. 1 lemon juice
  18. Olive oil
  19. Mint leaves
  20. Dill leaves

Instructions

  1. Take parboiled potato
  2. Cut from middle and scoop them
  3. Bake for 10 min.
  4. In a bowl take scooped potato, pesto,onion salt and pepper
  5. Mix all of them and our filling is ready
  6. Now fill potato with this filling
  7. Grate cheese and bake till cheese melts
  8. Make dressing by adding honey ,lemon juice, dill leaves, salt and pepper
  9. Keep in freeze
  10. Take lettuce in a bowl add potatoes
  11. Then add pineapple and watermelon scoops
  12. Toss nuts and cherry tomato in butter sprinkle salt and pepper
  13. Now add them also
  14. Sprinkle Genoa spice also
  15. Add dressing to it
  16. Our nutritious salad is ready to serve
  17. Add mint leaves
