  1. Potatoes - 4 medium

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI, 1/2 TSP AMCHUR POWDER & 1/2 TSP CHAAT MASALA TO 4 BOILED & DICED POTATOES
  2. ADD SALT TO TASTE, A HANDFUL OF CORIANDER & 1/2 TSP CUMIN POWDER
  3. MIX, MASH & KEEP STUFFING ASIDE
  4. ROLL A LARGE SIZED ROTI MADE OF WHEAT FLOUR DOUGH, SPREAD PARANTHA STUFFING
  5. PLACE ANOTHER ROTI OVER IT & PRESS THE EGDES
  6. ROAST STUFFED PARANTHA, APPLYING GHEE ON BOTH SIDES TILL IT IS GOLDEN BROWN
  7. PLACE IT ON A BAKING TRAY & SPREAD TOMATO SAUCE
  8. PLACE TOMATO SLICES & ONION RINGS
  9. SPRINKLE SALT & PEPPER
  10. DRESS WITH BELL PEPPERS
  11. ADD GRATED MOZERRELLA CHEESE
  12. SPRINKLE OREGANO & CHILLI FLAKES
  13. BAKE IN A PRE-HEATED OVEN AT 220 DEGREES FOR 8 -10 MINS, SERVE HOT
