Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 Boiled patatoes
  2. 1 boiled raw banana
  3. Beaten curd
  4. Dry fruits
  5. Senda salt& black pepper
  6. Coriander leaves, green chilly

Instructions

  1. PRESSURE COOK & MASH 2 POTATOES & 1 RAW BANANA
  2. ADD ROCK SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
  3. MIXED WELL & KNEAD INTO A DOUGH
  4. MIX A HANDFUL OF DRY MUSK MELON SEEDS, ALMONDS, ROASTED PEANUTS, CASHEWS, CORIANDER & GREEN CHILLIES
  5. MAKE SMALL BALLS OF THE PREPARED DOUGH, FLATTEN, FILL IN THE STUFFING, CLOSE AND SHAPE INTO VADAS
  6. DEEP FRY THE VADAS TILL GOLDEN BROWN IN HOT GHEE
  7. ONCE DONE, DRAIN EXCESS OIL & KEEP ASIDE TO COOL
  8. WHIP CURD, ADD ROCK SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
  9. DIP THE VADAS IN THE CURD & ARRANGE THEM ON A SERVING PLATE
  10. GARNISH WITH POTATO CHIPS & DRY FRUITS, SERVE CHILLED
