ABOUT Rohu Fish Fry RECIPE

Rohu Fish is a very popular fish in India specially West Bengal,Bihar ,Urissa and in Assam .This is a very crispy fish recipe.This fish fry is served as an appetizer and even put in gravy and make fish curry.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rohu fish
  2. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  3. 1tsp Turmeric
  4. 1tsp Red chilly Powder
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Mustard oil ( you can use any cooking oil)

Instructions

  1. Clean rohu fish properly then marinate with Ginger garlic paste, Turmeric, red chilly Powder and salt as per taste.let this set for 15 to 30 mins.
  2. Heat a pan in a medium flame then add some mustard oil (trust me mustard oil increase the fish taste) let oil heat properly then fry fish one by one.
  3. Do not overload fish in pan (it will not fry properly). After fry the fish garnish with some coriander leaves. You can serve this as a starter or can have this with plain rice.
