Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sago ....1 cup
  2. Boiled potato... 1
  3. Roasted peanut...3 tsp
  4. Crushed peanut...2 tsp
  5. Sendha salt to taste
  6. Lemon juice....2 tsp
  7. Green coriander
  8. Oil....2 tsp
  9. Jeera...1 tsp
  10. Green chilli...2

Instructions

  1. Wash sago and soak it in water .Then drain water leaving 1/2 cup water . It takes about 2-3 hours to get perfectly soaked.
  2. Take heavy bottomed kadhai. Put oil and jeera in it.
  3. Now add boiled potato cut into pieces. Fry for 2 minutes. Add peanuts to it. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add sago, salt, crushed peanut and green chilli. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Now add lemon juice and green coriander. Mix. Cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Sago khichdi is ready.
