ABOUT Prawns scrambled egg fried rice RECIPE

Every bite of this rice, is loaded with shrimp and a little bit of heat! The one who love Chinese food will love it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Deveined prawns- 300- grms
  2. Red chilli powder- 1- tsp
  3. Turmeric powder- 1- or(1/2)tsp
  4. Ginger garlic paste- 1- tbsp
  5. Salt- 1- for taste
  6. Basmati rice- 1- cup
  7. Vegetable (carrot,onion, capsicum)- 1- cup
  8. Egg- 2- quantity
  9. Black pepper powder- 1- pinch
  10. Oil- 3- tbsp
  11. Ginger garlic(finely chopped)- 1- tbsp
  12. Red chilli sauce- 1- tbsp
  13. Soya sauce- 1- tbsp
  14. White pepper powder- 1- tsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl marinate prawns by adding little salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder and ginger-garlic paste. Keep it for 20 min. In another bowl break egg, add little salt d pepper mixture, beat it & keep aside.
  2. In a deep pan add sum more oil and let the oil get heat. Add marinated prawns and fry it for 5 min or color changes to light red. In another pan add oil, once heated pour the egg mixture d fry it for a min, thn scramble it, remove t d keep aside. ‌
  3. Add a spoon of oil in the same pan add finely chopped ginger-garlic, d saute it for a min. Add finely chopped carrot, onion, capsicum and saute it well for about 2-4 min.
  4. Once vegetables are cooked add red chilly sauce d mix it well, then add scrambled egg d prawns mixture, soya sauce, salt for taste and mix well, then add rice, white pepper powder mix it and leave it to cook for some time closing lid. Finally add coriander or spring onion and serve hot.
