Ingredients to make Kiddie Delight Swiss Rolls

  • Marie biscuits- 1 packet
  • Grated Coconut - 1
  • Butter - 150 gms
  • Castor sugar- 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
  • Coffee powder - 1 tbsp

How to make Kiddie Delight Swiss Rolls

  1. Crush the marie biscuits in a plastic zip pouch very well.
  2. Add 100 gms of butter, 2/3 bowl of castor sugar, 2 tbsp of cocoa powder and 1 tbsp coffee powder in it.
  3. Make a tight dough of it and keep aside.
  4. Take another pan and add coconut powder, 1/3 castor sugar and 50 gms of butter in it and mix well.
  5. Now take a butter paper and grease little butter on it and place the bicuit dough on it.
  6. Make it flat by belan but not too thin.
  7. Place a layer of coconut mix on it and slowly slowly roll the both layers while folding the butter paper.
  8. Cover it with butter paper it self and freeze it for 3 hours in refrigerator.
  9. Now cut it with sharp knife and serve to kids.
