For kofta-peas-1cup
Fine chopped onion -1/2
Green chilly -2chopped
Gram flour -2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder-1/4teaspoon
Cumin seeds powder-1/4teaspoon
garam masala-1/4 teaspoon
Ginger paste-1teaspoon
For gravey- onion-4
Tomato -2
Ginger-1 piece of 1 inch
Cashewnuts-6-7
Garlic -6-7 cloves
Dried fenugreek leave -2 teaspoon
Red chilly powder-1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder-1/4teaspoon
Coriander powder-1teaspoon
Kitchen king masala-1/2teaspoon
Tea bags -2
Oil -2tablespoon
Fresh cream-2teaspoon
Instructions
For kofta- take a mixer jaar add peas and make a coarse paste.
Take out in a plate.
Now add all above ing of kofta and mix well.
Now grease your palms with oil and divide mixer into 8-9 equal portion.give each portion a shape of ball.
Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry the ball till brown and crispy.
For gravy- heat 2 glass of water in a pan.
Now add roughly chopped onion ,tomato,cashewnuts,garlic cloves,ginger,tea bags and bring them to boil for 5 minutes.
Now switch off the flame and remove the tea bags.
Now transfer it in to a mixer jaar and make a smooth paste.
Now heat oil in a wok.add onion tomato paste and saute till oil separated.
Now add all dry masala,salt, dry fenugreek leave,kitchen king masala and mix well.
Now add 1 glass of water or as required.now cover the wok with lid and cook it on slow flame for 5 minutes.
Now add fresh cream and switch off the flame.
Serve with kofta.
