ABOUT Chinese Fritters RECIPE

Making Chinese For lunch or dinner then why not accompany with some lipsmacking Chinese starters to go with it. Here is the recipe of Chinese Fritters or Chinese pakora. This recipe uses Chinese sauces to get amazingly delicious fritters

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup shredded cabbage
  2. 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  3. 1 tsp maidaor refined flour
  4. 1 tsp soya sauce
  5. 1 tsp vinegar
  6. 1 tsp cornflour
  7. 1/2 tsp chilli sauce
  8. salt as per taste
  9. oil for frying
  10. 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  11. 1/2 cup grated carrot (I have not Used)

Instructions

  1. Grate cabbage in a bowl.
  2. Add all ingredients -first dry and then liquid and toss together to form a mixture. Let it rest for a while as veggies would release some water.
  3. Shape the mixture into desired shape or give shape of pakora.
  4. Deep fry them on medium flame. Remove the excess oil and serve hot with Tomato Ketchup.

u can saute with schezwan sauce and tomato sauce. it tastes good
