Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Kuttu ka aata -1 cup
  2. Peanuts -1/2 cup
  3. Makhana - 1/2 cup cut into small pieces
  4. Some almonds and kaju
  5. Red chilly powder -1/2 tsp
  6. Dry mango powder -1 tsp
  7. Cumin powder -1 tsp
  8. Pepper powder -1 tsp
  9. Sea salt to taste
  10. Oil for deep frying
  11. Water as required

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl take kuttu ka aata. Add pinch of salt. Add warm water as required and make smooth and soft dough.
  2. Take a sevai machine. Fit mould and greese itsinner surface with oil. Fill it with prepared dough and close its lid tightly.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan on medium flame For deep frying. Hold machine over pan. Turn handle of machine and press out thin strands into hot oil.
  4. Deep fry both side for around 2 minutes untill it becomes crisp.
  5. Drain and take it out and transfer to plate. Repeat same process for remaining dough.
  6. After that fry makhana. Peanuts. Dry fruits
  7. Assamble all this in a large bowl. Add salt. Chilly powder. Cumin powder. Pepper powder dry mango powder and mix well.
  8. Cool on room temperature. And put it in air tight container.
