ABOUT Potato mousse served with saffron sauce RECIPE

Delectable potato mousse, creamed to perfection. Served with saffron sauce and topped with sunflower ginger crisps.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 boiled and grated potatoes
  2. 1/2 cup Grated Cottage Cheese
  3. saffron soaked in milk
  4. Pinch of nutmeg
  5. 3 tbsp Milkmaid
  6. 1/2 cup Sugar
  7. 2 tbsp water
  8. 1/2 cup icing cream
  9. 10 pistachios powdered
  10. 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
  11. 2 tbsp Butter
  12. 1/2 tsp ginger powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the cottage cheese and potato
  2. Whisk with beater
  3. While whisking grate nutmeg and add icing cream
  4. Whisk
  5. Now in a pan add butter, saffron and. Milkmaid
  6. Whisk for 5 minutes
  7. For the crisps add water, sugar, ginger powder and sun seeds, boil till sticky
  8. Pour it on a baking sheet and cool
