  • shrimp 90gm
  • green peas 50gm
  • lemon zest 1no
  • parmesan 5gm
  • cream 10ml
  • white sauce 20ml
  • garlic 5gm
  • white wine 10ml
  • rocket leaves 3gm

How to make Lemon peas and Shrimp

  1. Boil Arborio rice - al Dante consistency.
  2. Saute garlic in a non stick pan add prawns Arborio rice, white sauce, green peas and cook for 3-4 min
  3. Add cream and white wine finish with lemon juice and lemon zest. Garnish with rocket leaves and parmesan cheese.
