Ingredients to make Prawn and Yoghurt Salad

  • prawns 120gm
  • ice burg lettuce 80gm
  • red bellpepper 50 gm
  • cherry tomato 40gm
  • spring onion 15gm
  • for dressing:
  • yoghurt 60 gm
  • mint 3gm
  • lemon juice 1 no
  • salt to taste

How to make Prawn and Yoghurt Salad

  1. De-vein and clean prawns and marinate with salt, pepper and lemon juice
  2. Cut red bell pepper in to dices and cherry tomatoes into halves
  3. Slice spring onions
  4. For dressing: mix all ingredients together
  5. Grill prawns in a pan
  6. Place iceberg lettuce in a salad plate, put prawns on the lettuce and pour dressing on the top, garnished with bell pepper, cherry tomatoes and spring onions.
