ABOUT No bake eggless peas cheescake RECIPE

Tried on my invention at another eggless dessert for navratri. No bake and no gelatin eggless peas cheesecake in muffin moulds. Cute to look and tasty to eat.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 cup peas puree
  2. 1/2 cup Cream Cheese
  3. 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  4. 2/3 cup icing sugar
  5. 8 Oreo biscuits
  6. 30 gm butter
  7. Coloured chocolates, to garnish

Instructions

  1. First of all, boil the peas in a pressure cooker with little water. After opening, make a puree of the same and keep aside to cool.
  2. Crush the Oreo biscuits, after removing the cream, in a blender.
  3. Add melted butter so it looks like wet sand consistency.
  4. Line the muffin moulds with cupcake liners and put little biscuit and butter mix in each.
  5. Press the mix nicely and evenly and keep it in fridge to chill.
  6. Meanwhile, whip up the cool cream with icing sugar till stiff peaks.
  7. Mix the cream cheese and peas puree, and add the cream of the Oreo biscuits to this mix.
  8. Slowly fold in the whipped cream, in batches,to the peas and cream cheese mix.
  9. Put this mix in a piping bag and pour it into the muffin moulds on the prepared biscuit crust.
  10. Let it chill in the fridge for 6-7 hours or overnight.
  11. Take out, garnish with colourful chocolates.
  12. Before serving, peel off the liner and lift it gently to plate, with spatula.
